Senior Consultants / Partner Finance M/F

Pericles Group is actively looking for top class consultants to spearhead and build its London office.

To support its our growth, we are looking for experienced professional consultants / senior consultants with knowledge of Wealth Management, Private Banking and Asset Management in the UK.
After 16 successful years during which it built a substantial critical mass and developed a strong Brand and in Continental Europe with offices in Paris, Luxembourg, Geneva, Pericles is now pursuing further international expansion. Driven by demand from its 300-blue chip client base Pericles will open a London office and is looking for London based ambitious top Consultants. The timing is ideal with so many Financial institutions making Brexit contingency plans.

Being at the start and part of the creation of a new office you will be both ambitious and entrepreneurial.

You will work within a highly respected and first-class organisation bringing innovative solutions to highly regulated environments.

With your colleagues, you will carry out projects on strategy:

• Strategic positioning study
• Launch of new offering
• Digital strategy
• Due Diligence…

Organisation:

• Definition of a target organisation
• Operational efficiency
• Blueprint…

The roles also involve implementation support:

• Recasting of target processes
• Completion of calls for tenders
• Support for implementation

Projects may involve confidential M&A / Disposal Carve out work. Will work in a friendly and stimulating firm with the support of team of like-minded professionals.

Part of project teams of experts’ consultants and managers, you will often be in charge of mission coordination, progressing follow-up, managing client communications, facilitating meetings as well as the formalising the final deliverables.

Your interlocutors are our clients’ executives or business lines managers in charge of the projects.

You will further develop your own competence and worth within a group recognised for its expertise, achievements and ethics.

• It has created 7 professional clubs in insurance and finance.
• It is a jury member of AGEFI life insurance and UCITS Innovation Awards.
• Partner of Forum Gestion Institutionnelle.
• Partner of L’Argus de l’assurance, etc.

• Master’s degree of an engineering school, a business school, or a postgraduate degree with a specialisation related to our activity domains.
• 3-7 years of work experiences inside a consulting company specialised in finance sector
• Or internal project experience inside asset management companies, investment services providers, or financial software companies.
• Ability to manage level customer relationships.
• The Consultant will have the presence, knowledge and authority to be the image of Pericles in the UK.
• A thorough understanding of the London and UK Financial, Banking, Asset Management and Insurance sectors is a strong advantage.
