Strategy and organization
In order to support our growth, we are looking for experienced profiles to strengthen our consultant / senior consultant teams in private banking and asset management.
You will work on strategy (strategic positioning study, launch of new offering, digital strategy, Due Diligence…), organization (definition of a target organization, operational efficiency, blueprint…) or support for implementation (recasting of target processes, completion of calls for tenders, support for implementation)
You will be positioned in the center of project teams accompanied by experts and managers and will usually be in charge of mission coordination, progress follow-up by communicating with the client, meeting facilitation, as well as the formalization of the final deliverables.
Your interlocutors are executive managers or business lines managers inside our clients.
You will develop your competence inside a group which is recognized by its expertise: creation of 7 professional clubs in insurance and finance, jury member of AGEFI Actifs life insurance and UCITS Innovation Awards, partner of Forum Gestion Institutionnelle and of L’Argus de l’assurance, etc.
Master’s degree of an engineering school or a business school, or a postgraduate degree with a specialization related to our activity domains.
3-7 years of work experiences inside a consulting company specialized in finance sector and / or internal project experience inside asset management companies, investment services providers, or financial software companies.
